Several offices at Penn State offer programming related to the prevention of sexual misconduct and training for how to interrupt potential acts of violence. The It’s On Us Educational Videos and Learning Activities are also available to facilitate discussion in your classroom.

It's On Us Educational Videos & Classroom Learning Activities

The videos below were created through a grant from the It’s On Us PA campaign to increase awareness, education, and resources around sexual misconduct and sexual violence. Faculty and staff can use these videos in conjunction with the learning activities in classes or other group settings. In addition, the 30-second video can be screened prior to or during breaks at events or other gatherings. Office of Sexual Misconduct Reporting and Response

The Office of Sexual Misconduct Reporting and Response can provide various types of programs related to Title IX. These include knowing your rights; Penn State policies and procedures in handling sexual misconduct; protections for pregnant and/or parenting students; and rights of transgender students. The office also offers training for faculty and staff regarding these topics as well as the role of a responsible employee and sexual harassment in the workplace. Program requests can be made using the online request form or by contacting the office at 814-867-0099.

Relationship Violence Outreach, Intervention, and Community Education Center (R-VOICE)

The Relationship Violence Outreach, Intervention, and Community Education Center (R-VOICE) (formerly Gender Equity Center) offers a range of primary prevention and support-related programs regarding consent, sexual assault, relationship violence, gender stereotypes, stalking, and supporting survivors. Programs are free and can be tailored for specific groups. Presenters include staff and/or trained peer educators. To request a program for your group, use the R-VOICE Center Program Request Form.
