Athletics Compliance

The Penn State Athletic Compliance program operates in accordance with the rules and regulations set forth by the NCAA, the Big Ten, and the Pennsylvania State University. The Athletic Compliance office is committed to educating every member within Penn State Athletics of the rules and regulations provided by the NCAA, in an effort to prevent even the minor infractions. In the case of a by-law violation, the compliance office will aim to identify, evaluate, and report the violation to the NCAA.

Athletics Integrity

The Athletics Integrity Unit is responsible for development, implementation and oversight of compliance and athletics integrity program policies and practices within the Department of Intercollegiate Athletics that ensure compliance and ethical conduct by the University’s Department of Intercollegiate Athletics (Athletics Department) with all applicable NCAA and Big Ten rules and regulations and with the requirements set forth in the Athletics Integrity Agreement between the NCAA, the Big Ten Conference (Big Ten) and the University.
