Retaliation
Retaliation
The University is committed to maintaining the highest standards of ethics and conduct, consistent with applicable legal requirements and University policies. Through the establishment of AD67 Disclosure of Wrongful Conduct and Protection from Retaliation, the University wishes to encourage and protect from Retaliation those who desire to report potential violations of these standards in good faith. No person acting in good faith to report another individual or individuals should be subject to any form of retaliation from a superior or any other individual within the University community.
All reports are treated with the high level of seriousness and sensitivity they deserve.
Perceived unfair treatment that is unrelated to a good faith report is likely not retaliation. Please consult your HR representative for further guidance.
