Frank Yeboah is the Athletics Compliance Coordinator at Penn State. He assists with the administration of a comprehensive compliance program that includes rules education, monitoring, reporting and general support of the compliance efforts of all staff, student-athletes, and external constituents.
Prior to Penn State, Frank served as the Accelerating Academic Success Program (AASP) Postgraduate Intern at the NCAA National Office where he assisted with the coordination of grant reporting processes and other grant management duties. He also spent time at Northeastern University as the Student-Athlete Support Services Intern. In this role, he served as the primary athletic academic advisor for women’s rowing and aided in oversight of the program. He also provided academic support to at-risk student-athletes within the department.
Frank graduated from West Virginia University in 2014 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminology and a Minor in Communications. In 2017, he earned his Master’s Degree in Public Administration.
